Lipschutz & Friedman

I have been dealing with this company for over 6 years now and their customer service is awful! The woman who works the front desk is awful! I also work in customer service and she picks up very rudely and speaks very rudely as well. I keep getting the run around about my recent cases, I feel like this law firm does not truly fight for you and I have been through some traumatic experiences and thought that Lipshultz and Friedman would be by my side and they seem not to care about their clients at all. At this point, I need a new law firm who cares for the clients to even return a phone call back. Thank you. Jasmin A. Bailey

I'm satisfied With This office they help me with low torque Auto Insurance. And I have a bulging disc in my neck. And they kept fighting for me even though Insurance didn't want to pay me we still had a great outcome choose Lipschitz & Friedman Thank you to everyone that works in this office May the highest power reward y'all with Good..

I used this attorney's office several years ago after an accident. I had a good outcome the first time around. I remembered how helpful and professional everyone was. I called with a legal question and received great advice from a woman that was kind & patient. Although my experience was pleasant, I pray that I don't need their services again (MVA attorneys).

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lipshutz! If this is your first rodeo going through the claims process, DO NOT HIRE LIPSHUTZ (they will not help you understand the process, even though you are paying them to help you!). If you do not have full tort coverage DO NOT BOTHER HIRING LIPSHUTZ!!!! They are solely concerned with their commission and not at all concerned with representing their clients in the best way possible. The attorneys were horrible at explaining the process as I went through trial and Lipshutz himself was rude and demeaning whenever I brought up a concern, even after I let him know I how I felt about the way he was speaking to me (as if I went to law school for personal injury or motor vehicle accidents).

To begin I would like to say I never needed to hire an attorney Shirlee Friedman and her law firm was recommended to me by a very well-known workman's comp lawyer to handle my injury lawsuit and in my first meeting face-to-face I went home and I told my wife everything is going to be all right thank God for Mrs Friedman and her team she explained everything and I might say that during and thru the pandemic (covid) I was informed every step of the way before a decision was made I was informed I was very very very happy with the outcome I will recommend Lipshultz and Friedman law firm to family members friends whoever asked me. May God bless them and continue to serve the people. If anyone needs someone on their side who knows the law and our compassionate and understanding in a Time when you think the world is falling on top of you this is the firm you need to represent you and help you. Ps. I can keep going and going because words can't explain how grateful I am to have Shirlee Friedman and her law firm by my side.

Thank God I'm not their client, received a call from their office regarding a case. Lady on the phone was absolutely rude from the start, and nasty at the end. I will not tolerant such a conversation, UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Definitely ZERO STARS if possible.
