My son got himself in a really bad drug situation. He was caught with some drug I had never even heard about. My poor son was in a really bad situation, he was looking at 10 plus years. Luckily I was referred to Jose. Best decision I made was hiring him. He answered all our questions and answered his phone every time I had a question. If he was busy or in court he would get right back to me with in an hour. He was able to get the best plea ever, 1 year at 85% plus probation of course, but I will have my son home sooner than later. I gave him 5 stars but if there was more stars I would definitely give him more. Thank you Jose for everything you did for my son, we will forever be grateful for all your help. Oh I have to share story on my son’s plea deal signing. We were at his plea deal appearance and as he’s going to sign his plea, he turns around and tells me "Bad ass lawyer you got mom, thank you , love you" had to shushhh him because I was afraid of getting kicked out of court because he was talking to me..Thanks again Jose!!!

Mr. Mendoza has not only advocated for and represented my brother once, but twice. Both times, he helped reduce his cases and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Beyond that, he is truly a people person—always kind, attentive, and willing to answer calls or messages even when he is off the clock. This is the first time having to meet with a lawyer for my fiancé and I. I just want to say it was the absolute worst experience. We have met with a few more lawyers since then that have sat down and took the time to explain, took the time to read over the report and let us know what it is that could be done. He basically just asked what happened, your going to prison, I’m sorry I’m tired because I have a baby at home, it will be 10,000, and you get what you pay for. We walked out of there literally in tears. Maybe it was a bad day or because of the time of day. I can honestly say after reading what was on the website and the reviews I was pretty confident, but after the consultation I was really disappointed.

By far the best lawyer i have ever had. I had 3 duis and Jose fought for me and ended out with probation. He did exactly what i needed and was always responsive to all my concerns.

I hired Jose mendoza. Just wasted my time and money. Do not recommend at all lot of talk with this guy and no action. If could I put zero stars. But hey he gots to make his money right. 💰
