My landlord is a joke. A piece of my ceiling literally fell on my bed and he wouldn't even reply to my texts. Then, out of nowhere, he tries to hit me with random fake fines and eviction threats. So I talked to Conrad and he handled it immediately. He got the landlord to back off and drop all the BS. If you're getting bullied by your landlord, seriously, just call Conrad. (Sorry, I don’t have photos of the new ceiling, but it’s more than perfect now 😂)

He is the man for the job, I went to many people they never called me back etc his office did and they help me he was straightforward with me. They gave me realistic answers no around the bush.
