I couldn't possibly recommend a better attorney than Tyler Deluca. Mr Deluca went above and beyond my expectations. Working with the PA Department of motor vehicles can be extremely difficult and definitely was but Mr Deluca rectified every Obstacle placed is his way. If you have an issue with your license he will fix it. Tyler also addressed several other issues I had without adding to my bill he was also very fair with with my limited budget I definitely expected to pay much more than I did and he was certainly worth it.
