A member of my family happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was cited with a violation which required a magistrate hearing. We hired Frank Walker for legal advice and representation and he recommended that we be proactive with education and community service. He was also very helpful in explaining the legal process and how the case would be handled. Thanks to his counsel, we were totally prepared for the magistrate hearing. Unfortunately, local politics came into play and our case was not dismissed. Frank immediately filed an appeal which required another court appearance. Working with Frank Walker Law was a great experience during a less than great situation involving my 19yr old son and a false ID. Frank and his Admin Assistant Leah were amazing. This was the first time we've ever needed the services of an attorney and to top it off we live 3 hours away.
