Listen. James is incredible! My dream bike since I was 16 was totaled in a crash. My insurance wanted to low ball me so bad (less than half of the motorcycles value and what I had paid), I had no clue what to do. James Clark met with me (on the spot!) and gave me a few pointers of what to do. After his help, I was able to know how to negotiate with my own insurance on my own. Literally he took 5-8 min with me. His rates are very reasonable. It took me 1.5 hours on the phone with my insurance, and we came to an agreement of what I was expecting! If you need to find someone with real experience, who knows what they are doing and is who is really comfortable to work with, don't waste anymore time after reading this review. Call him up.

Don't waste your time. I went there about 5 months ago to file for part of my ex-husbands 401K from our divorce. I never heard anything from him unless I called over and over and there were no updates anyway and he had no information on what was going on. I was told it was normal to take that long. Then I call 3 weeks ago and he says it's in front of him on his desk and he's filing it the next day. Then I called yesterday and he says it was on his desk in front of him and he was still drafting it. So he lied? Then he calls today to tell me that the company I pay, Metlife, for his services, does not cover this type of service. 5 months later he tells me this! Such a joke!

James Clark cares about his clients. Did a great job with our matter, and found some great case law that really supported our particular facts - and then went to bat for us.

James is a very, knowledgeable, caring, involved lawyer. He will do whatever it takes to help his clients.

Waste of time and waste of money. Very unprofessional, unreliable and they will never return your calls. This office is a joke.
