Terrible lawyer will upcharge you for extra appearances. Only communicates through email does not speak on phone. Does not show up to court sends his assistants who do not know what is going on. Not to mention racist if you have accent or do not speak English he will get irritated with you and start being aggressive and rude. With my case it felt like he was helping the prosecutor getting me into more trouble

if you want a lawyer that will look you right in the eye and LIE to you, pay this guy. I paid him to attend a hearing for me ( with me) for ".03 no traffic stop" dui . John literally lied to me about why he would not take the case saying " I want this case, but need to be paid" ( I had the money. and it was there in the account that I already paid him out of.) This case was "too hard" for him...Turns out a gal out of law school barely over a year met with the judge and DA and got it dismissed in ONE meeting. My experience is that there may be ONE ethical attorney in all of Sacramento.
