In my search for a DUI lawyer, I came across Darryl Genis and told him about my situation. All throughout the consultation, he was on and off the phone and not really listening to what I was saying, just repeating "yep, yes, I see this all the time". Also he flaunting how much power he has in the surrounding area and how he hand picks his clients. After telling Darryl that I would get back to him with my answer, he kept pushing for me to sign up on the spot and was lowering the price seeming desperate to sign me up. After getting out of the meeting and back to my home, I looked him up to find that he has recently been to prison for tax fraud and gambling addiction. How could I trust someone as my legal representation who can't even keep himself out of prison?
