If you need an attorney, Tim Hessinger is the best. My husband and I was returning from a cruise and lived out of state. Tim handled the case complete for us and kept us up to date and answered any and all questions we had. With his help we were able to return home and not have to worry about traveling back and fourth. He fought for the best possible outcome all while we got back to everyday lives. I cannot thank you enough for taking all of my calls, explaining the process and fighting for us. We only wish you worked in Texas as well. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing someone to fight for them! He knew the case was ridiculous and almost 20 years old. This review is long overdue. I was very overwhelmed with the case and wanted to shut it out completely afterwards. Thank God! I was lucky enough to find Tim Hessinger. I had a very scary battery charge, that could include jail time. I had no idea what to do, but after I spoke with Tim he laid out a path forward and made me feel a little more comfortable, knowing that there were some options. It doesn't hurt that he also has a good sense of humor, and makes things seem a little less scary. It was about a three month process, but in the end, Tim got the charges dropped, and it never went to court. Phew crazy stuff, but getting it dropped was a pretty darn good Christmas present.
