I am very pleased with the way this law office handled my son's entire case. Amanda was especially great in communicating with both my son and I. I truly am greatful for the work they put in for us and i highly recommend this firm. Brian Lafferty is a great Attorney my hats off to him and his team!

Brian was amazing. I had an assault case during a soccer game and Brian made the whole process so easy. I was so worried and anxious when the process started and after I retained Brian, things just fell into place because of the work he was doing behind the scenes and in court. His office was great with their communication and made me feel at ease throughout the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone based on his knowledge, relationships, communication and court presence.

Professional, knowledgeable and fair cost of service. Someone I know recommended him to my friend facing a felony with priors and 2 years prison time. Brian fought to get the case turned into a misdemeanor with a month of county time. The public defender wasn't willing to fight, so Brian did the fighting instead.

I had multiple charges that I was fighting, I contacted Brian's office from out of state. He was able to get everything dismissed. I was basically facing a charge from 12 years ago that i did not know was there and had another charge i knew was there.. he got all of that thrown out plus my old outstanding obligation was even dismissed, so that was basically a bonus.. He did what he said he would and I am free now. I have 3 kids and work for the government, I need to provide for them and be able to obtain/maintain my security clearance, and now I can. Thanks Brian Note to evryone: this was my 3rd dv conviction, even though everytime was under false pretence, i still had 2 prior convictions and he still helped me. They can reccomend 1-3 years+ for that charge alone, plus he got my previous 3 years of unserved probation thrown out.. Go with him, he is legit.. Thanks Brian B)

Brain lafferety was an amazing Lawyer for me! I was involved in a serious Criminal 7 co defendant case. He helped me get OUT back to my kids. And every time I was willing to take a deal, he wouldn’t agree because HE knew he could do better which HE did!! I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND BRAIN!!! If I were you ID GET AHOLD OF HIM NOW!! I went in to Brians office with a DV case completely blown out of proportion. He made sure the charges were dropped on the second court day. Hes really professional and straight to the point highly reconmend Brian for any defense case.
