My son had him last time and they keep giving him this attorney I don’t know why he works better for the courts then on his behalf and I need to see how to get another attorney.

Was my son’s court appointed attorney. Seemed to work for the state rather than the defendant. Communication was sparse. Plea agreement was for non aggravated, but lo and behold my son is in TDCJ for aggravated with no feasible way to get it corrected. And no return call from Mr Faden. I have heard great things about him. But that was not our experience at all. Word of advice: beware if you are not paying his fees. To respond to your question: yes I reached out to you. A few times. You have not returned those calls. For everyone else: if you are not paying Cary for his services, DO NOT sign anything without reading it thoroughly. My son was told he was signing for 15 years non agg. I was told that was what he was signing. I live out of state so I only had Cary to rely on. Big mistake. Zero stars should be given.

He was my court appointed and I'll tell you now he will not go to bat for you if he is not getting paid he will just want you to take a deal from the DA and not waste his time. All I asked for was an evidence review and he simply wouldn't do it. If zero stars where an option i would give him that.
