Posting this off of my husbands page so don’t try and tell me that I’m not one of your clients. My name is Madison rice and these lawyers failed me as a client. I got charged with a class A misdemeanor of promoting prison contraband in the 2nd degree. I have NEVER been arrested prior to this or had any trouble in the law, my record is clean as can be. I thought, as anyone else would, that if I payed $3,500 dollars for a "lawyer", and since it’s my first charge and a MISDEMEANOR, that they could help me get it reduced to a traffic ticket or something similar. Nope! The most they could do for me is get it reduced to "attempted promoting prison contraband", which is STILL a misdemeanor but a class B. I have a job that frequently does background checks and I specifically payed for a lawyer instead of using a free one so I could almost guarantee that I would get this charge reduced to something that wouldn’t show on my record (considering it’s my first run in the the law EVER!) I feel so ridiculously used and failed as a client. These people played me like a violin. At my first meeting with the lawyer they assured me they they could get it dropped to a traffic ticket. I would not recommend this office to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. USE THE FREE LAWYER YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULTS

Without disclosing the legal details, Ms. Swartz led the charge in our matter to the NY Appeals Court and secured for us a unanimous (which was predicted by most as a highly unlikely) victory. We are seizing this opportunity to pen this review. It is rooted in honesty and a deep desire to not praise Ms. Swartz mainly but to offer our input to someone who may be in a similar position and looking for help. We are aware that circumstances and outcomes may differ. But, we recommend Ms. Swartz for all the aforementioned attributes she brought to the table with which she punctuated our experience and allowed us to better navigate and endure.

We dealt with Melissa Schwartz. She was great. Extremely professional. Stayed in contact with us and gave us updates. She was able to get the outcome my wife needed quickly and quietly. We continue to use her for small matters as well, like traffic violations. We are always happy with the results and it Never requires us to take time out of our busy schedules for appearances. Thank you Melissa!!!
