Martin and Beth at the Law Offices of Martin Duenhoelter provided stellar advice and service for one of our kids, helping to address a couple of tickets they'd gotten. Martin and Beth were understanding, professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Communication was easy and we had to do very little to get the problems resolved. We've been very satisfied with the resolution of the ticket issues. Martin and Beth are the best and while we hope not to need their services again, we won't hesitate to enlist them if anyone in the family gets tickets in the future.

My wife was cited for speeding in a school zone in the town of Morton Washington mid July 2019 at 5 PM on a Sunday. At a reasonable fee Martin was able to negotiate with the town attorney to a non-moving violation of "expired tabs" at a much lower cost than the original $296 fine and the avoidance of years of inflated insurance premiums. We were pleased that Martin didn't just take our money and "phone" the case in. He really stepped up for us and faced a town judge with a reputation for being difficult to deal with. Beth his assistant was also very prompt and communicative with us from our first point of contact. Hope we won't need their services again any time soon but they'll be on speed dial!

My daughter was unfairly ticketed by a state trooper who did not witness the slow moving accident in which the car slid over some gravel and bumped a guard rail (slow enough that airbags did not deploy). The state trooper was immovable, insisting there must have been too much speed. Fortunately, we called Martin Duenhoelter and I am pleased to say that he handled everything, got the case dismissed, and saved us the unfair ticket and increased insurance premiums.

Martin was fantastic. He helped me understand exactly what I needed to do and when I needed to do it without using a bunch of legal jargon that I didn't understand. He was also friendly, kind and fairly priced.

When my 19 year old son received two traffic tickets within a 2 week period I felt panicked that our car insurance rate would raise exponentially. One of the tickets was dismissed outright. The other took some negotiating. My son had to take a defensive driving course, which he incidentally has stated has helped his driving overall, before the 2nd ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation. Our insurance rate wasn't raised and our son learned to be a better driver. Well worth the money.
