I was recommended to use this attorney by another attorney because they she was fast and efficient. However, she was far from it. The communication has been piss poor. It’s unacceptable for an attorney. I’ve closed over 300 transactions in the State of Georgia. And Dozens in other states. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I really don’t understand what’s going on.It started off great. They were eager to get our deal done. We closed on Tuesday and no one has received their funds. We’ve been calling for 2 days straight and no one has answered our calls. We’ve sent multiple emails to follow up about funding. We received one email yesterday stating she was waiting on the signed documents that were sent overnight on Tuesday. She received them Wednesday. She said funds will be delivered Thursday because she was out of the office. Thursday comes around the same thing all over again. No one has answered our calls or emails. This is highly unprofessional. We closed on the March 25th & the seller likely won’t receive funds until April 1st or April 2nd. There’s no reason anyone should handle business in this manner

Michelle handled a complex closing for us that involved a tax lien redemption and subsequent sale. The closing was previously scheduled with an attorney at a large Macon law firm and after the attorney was unable to obtain the payoff needed, we switch the closing to Michelle and she quickly obtained the payoff.

Our funds were held over the holiday weekend also! Despite the fact they were received on that Tuesday, she kept them until April 1st, the following Monday! There was no excuse for those funds not being wired! You don’t have to be in an office to wire funds! I was hung up on when I inquired about the funds. I was also spoken to in a disrespectful and condescending manner! Such unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for customer service!

She is a diamond in the rough when you need someone to look out for your elderly loved ones. She can be trusted to do the right thing and she also is trustworthy when it comes down to the specifics of what needs to be done. She gets down to business and she gets the job done in a professional and timely manner. Five stars!
