Absolutely horrible - they are the no fault claims adjusters for the ride share group Revel and just as bad! I’ve been trying to get a medical bill paid - one that I incurred after the advisement of REVEL and here we are a year later and I’m somehow in collections! I’ve spoken to half a dozen people at this office via email and have left so many voicemails and they just keep passing it off absolutely terrible zero stars

Absolutely dreadful experience with Abrams Fensterman. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, they were completely unresponsive. It's beyond frustrating to entrust legal matters to a firm that can't even bother to acknowledge communication attempts. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and energy chasing after a ghost.

Robert Abrams ROCKS!!! He helped my family in a time of need. He showed actual concern in resolving my issue and was not just in it for a paycheck. This firm has resolved court related issues for my family 4 times over the past 6 years and the fee has always been reasonable and they accomplished everything that they promised.

This place is horrible-the staff is horrible-accident claims department is the worst of all. THEY WILL NOT Give you a call back EVER. Got rear ended by one of their drivers refuse to call back. YOU NEED A GOOD LUCK CHARM TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Wow, after the $750 consultation for 15 min, I was called a month later for $7,500 retainer to continue for an extremely simple matter. Unbelievable.

This law firm is an absolute disaster. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and I'm shocked they're still in business when they have 1.9 review, mostly being bad reviews.
