Kathy is extremely thorough, when she says she will call you back you can set your watch by it. She is the very definition of follow through. We felt so taken care of it was just too easy. I highly recommend this firm if you want excellent customer service and settlements.

Nick Renzi is just your typical lawyer who cares nothing about the client and only how much money he can bring in to this law firm. While I understand they are in business.... Nick blew smoke up my azz for TWO YEARS stringing me along with promises. And with only TWO WEEKS before the deadline to file suit my case was dropped by Nick which gave me no time to find another lawyer even after he told me CONTINUALLY.... "DON'T WORRY... WE'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE"! Not even a phone call did I get. I received a letter in the mail ! If I could have given less than ZERO stars in this rating I would have ! NEVER AGAIN RENZI !!!
