Tatyana was great! I closed on a co-op two weeks ago and she was proactive about asking me clarifying questions, offering advice, and tracking down all the details that go with such a rigorous application process. I just spoke with the attorney on the phone was very rude. Told her I have an open fair housing discrimination case didn't even want to look further into it. She thought the discrimination is speculative but in reality if I have a open Fair Housing case # means it's something to look into because I wasn't rejected. She just didn't want to represent me for some odd reason. I'll find someone else. Good luck to anyone doing business here.
