So people claimed that they are charged for phone calls. Just stop! I have retained this firm since 2005'. I have grown to know Mr. Alterman over 20 years. There is no person nor firm that I would recommend for OTJ issues. Yes his firm is busy. Yes you wait and get frustrated. But, it all comes full circle in the end and Stuart is worth the wait! Stuart Alterman is the best Labor Law attorney in this state, from my experience. His firm has successfully helped me in many Law Enforcement related matters for about 23 years now. Have yet to lose a matter. Very knowledgable and professional attorneys and staff. Best in my opinion, i will never use another attorney

Unless you are a person of color or have the pba backing you, find another firm. They left so much information out of my case that they failed in their service yet still charged me for full service. Not worth the thousands I paid. Steward passed my case off to another lawyer in his firm. They did not fight for me. If I could rate them fairly, they wouldnt even get a1 star review

Union lawyer for NJDOC. Do not hire this lawyer. My 1st time with legal troubles with NJDOC and was recommended by union head to hire this firm. I advise to get your own lawyer who is familiar with NJDOC rules to fight your case. Had I known from the beginning I would have never gone to them. DO NOT TAKE RISK!!!

Great attorney as of today I am officially retired and had to go through a long process due to another attorney I was dealing with finally was able to find mr. The worst lawyer ever. Charges you a for every little thing if he calls you he charges you even if it was 5 minutes or 10 minutes he charges $150.00 dollars. All the money spent for the case didn’t even win and was no reason for why we didn’t win. And still charge us after the case ended a month ago . Ridiculous charges.
