Anna was my daughter child counsel. This review reflects my personal experience as a mother. I did not feel that my daughter’s emotional well-being was a priority. It felt as though my child was treated like just another case rather than a vulnerable child in distress. Important information and concerns I raised did not appear to be fully considered, which was deeply upsetting as a parent. Cases involving domestic violence and children require far more care and trauma-informed attention than what I experienced.

I don’t think this law firm cares about what people review but am still doing it This review is about how the front office is dishonest. I never got to see Ana Evan so can’t say how are her services but she definitely need to look at her front office employees First time I made appointment to consult with Ana Evans only but they aligned with Roksana without my permission. When I arrived on appointment I refused to get consultation from Roksana After few months I called again to schedule consultation with Ana Evans and front office said they need upfront payment because last time I changed my mind on last minute and did not go with Roksana. What a lie I never asked to schedule with Roksana Instead apologies for my waste of time for driving all the way from Tracy to Modesto, they blamed me for their mistake What kind of people Ana Evans is surrounded with Must be losing business due to her staff

Ms Evans is just the best. She has helped me since 2017 with my immigration case and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. 10/10 would recommend Anna Evans!

Anna is unbelievablely awesome at what she does. Having her on my case has been the best thing to have happened since it started. She is very diligent and thorough. HIGHLY recommend her and wish I hired her as my original attorney!

Anna Evans was a tremendous lawyer for me in a family law case. She went above and beyond and truly cared. I would recommend her to anyone. She has great composure and professionalism and is always prepared. Wonderful office

I supposedly made an appointment with Ana Evans and the day of my consultation they told me Roksana S. Bidgoli was the lawyer doing the consultation. She was very unprofessional from the start, she didn’t care about what I needed to hire her for she had made up her mind way before she answered my call for the consultation. I gave them my case number when I made the appointment and I guess she review all the information as soon as I spoke to her the questions she asked me didn’t make any sense like where did I get the money to pay the other lawyer, that she didn’t have a magic wand and when I asked her what was I entitled too as a marriage of 30 years she said that if I was speaking out of emotions that was not going to help me, which I didn’t understand what she meant but she treated me like if she was a Psychologist and not a lawyer. I do not recommend her service very unprofessional. I feel she just answered my call to charge me, this office don’t care about their Profession they are money hungry. I don’t agree of her charging me $100 dollars for her to criticize my case. If she wasn’t interested on taking my case she should of been more honest and not take an hour giving me the run around to do the time and take the money.

Used up my legal benefits before finishing any work other than my divorce was filed, which I learned later it could be done easily through self help center. Her legal assistant would contact me via phone calls or emails multiple times for same misunderstanding she made, then charged me for every contact including the ones she apologized for her mistakes. Refused to give me back copies of the files that I submitted. Made falsely documents and then rushed me to sign them. Evan charged my legal insurance, her assistant charged my personal deposit account, called retainer account. After I used the self help service, learned that the some work they had charged me for was no different than doubled dipping. Ignored my email and missed my first CMC, I personally showed up at first court date, but it was some one else representing my case whom I did not know, and that attorney did not know I was at the court since we have never met each other...It messed up. After I ended their service, found out my 15 hours or $3000 legal insurance benefits was used up by her, my deposit account was charged by her assistant was close to $2000, total charges were close to $5000, what was done? Self help center showed me later that nothing else was done besides the divorce was filed which cost less $500. This was my experience. Quite a pain while going through divorce hardship.
