I had a consultation with Michelle, and at first I was disappointed that it wasn't with Marilyn, (since she was the only reason I was coming to this firm), but Michelle gave me very good advice on how to best approach my custody battle. I truly felt that she cared about the mountains of evidence I had, and would have presented every one of those facts in court. She was kind when she steered me away from how I was trying to approach the case, as my ideas would not have been helpful. After talking with Michelle, I felt confident I could have gone to court myself, based on the battle plan she had come up with. But I don't speak legalese, and I don't have the time or the knowledge to be doing the paperwork. Unfortunately, Michelle had a prior engagement on the day I have court, so I was not able to retain her, but Jenna recommended two other attorneys that used to work for this firm. The retainer was high, but I felt it would have been worth every penny.
