The amount of time & effort they have devoted, as well as their communication and support team has been truly impressive (though I imagine each case is unique in this regard). Also, the way the attorney breaks things down into easier to understand concepts and terminology is wonderful. I've had 2 or 3 experiences with law firms in the past, and AVA definitely shines.

I respect the time that it has taken to get this through all the "HOOPS" that the attorney's and their staff and we have received consistent updates by AVA keeping all of us up to date. If I would have only known what this was gonna turn out to be at the beginning. I don't think I would be at the end. It has not been very pleasant. It has been strung out over a very long period which has caused even more PTSD or stress of the whole situation. With at least 3 different counselors talking to me for evaluation. And on the phone I was bounced around from council to counselor during the time of my testament, which was even more embarrassing. At which I am extremely concerned about affecting my case. And having to bring up old memories of the past. I Did try burying it for a long time? P.S. Stressful ...

Mr. Andrew VanArsdale and his law group have performed with distinction in the matter of the BSA litigation!!! They were faced with a very difficult and tedious situation which they are continuing to work towards resolution. I have been dealing with AVA Law Group for a bit over seven years now. The courts, opposing group and their attorneys as well as insurance attorneys caused this MAJOR case to drag out this long. But we knew they would. Andrew and all his team at AVA Law Group kept us fully informed every step of the way. I heard from them almost every week the whole time. If they knew I would not hear from them one week, they let me know that too. And it was almost always Andrew Van Arsdale himself. If I ever had questions I could just email or pick up the phone and talk to someone on the staff immediately. That includes Andrew if needbe. I did not have to often as I was always kept informed of the status and anything I was required to do. Everyone I deal with is extremely competent and compassionate - ALWAYS! Though I hope when this case is finished I never have to go through this type of case again, if I do, AVA Law Group will be my number one choice and I believe thousands of others will say the same thing!
