I hired Esther Greenbaum from this firm . Ms. Greenbaum was hired for a simple rule to show cause hearing. Ms. Greenbaum sent a response to opposing counsel regarding the hearing and told me that opposing counsel told her after reading her response they informed their client that he did not have a case and even went so far as to ask me if she had my authority to settle the case. A few days later she forwarded a email from opposing counsel that said their client was not interested in settling the case and stated the reasons why. Ms . Greenbaum fabricated the whole story about opposing counsel telling their client he did not have a case because she and only she thought her response was that good . When I confronted Ms. Greenbaum her response was she wanted to withdraw because I called her out for lying to me. This was a few days before my hearing. Her . On top of that her final bill was so full of errors my cpa said it was laughable the way she was trying to fleece me.
