Updated: I was a prospective client. This review is not fake engagement. I am a real person and this was my experience. The response from this company is unprofessional. Instead of reaching out to learn about my experience, they try to intimidate and discredit it, as they seem to do with reviews that do not give them 5 stars. I completed an online form and received a call promptly. Person on the phone asked for another person. I gave him my name and he asked how he could get ahold of the other name on his list. I told him I did not know because I do not know that person and he tried to hang up. I let him know that I too completed an intake form. He seemed very scattered. He was unable to answer my question regarding contingency. He repeated himself multiple times about completing the intake form and the $400 fee. This call did not inspire confidence.

I couldn't have gotten through my bike crash claim without the Barden Team. As lawyers that are also cyclists, they handled everything very professionally and timely, and were great advocates for everything I needed.
