Unfortunately this firm was a waste of money. They could have reassert my bail and get me out. Instead they kept me in jail and prison and made my family spent so much money and they did not do any investigations into the case or even called me to meet with them to go over the details of the case. On my own I found out there were missing informations and lies were made by me from the previous attorneys. David never wants to meet you in person, and it's always one of the rookie attorneys who doesn't know so much about the law who meets with you. They don't have a customer service. Instead of feeling at ease they make you stress more. I had experience with other attorneys in the past and the good ones made you feel great. I sent a message to get my files to Clint and he doesn't even respond back. Maybe since they have been tagged by the bar they don't respond to the cases they ripped off. I asked David for my files and he said he lost them. He is not supposed to destroy your files without your permission. Their promises are empty.

I don’t have enough words to describe what this firm has done for my husband and my family. I had a very complicated legal case that many other Criminal Lawyers simply told me they didn't know how to navigate and couldn't help me. It touched on federal crimes, social security benefits and immigration ramifications. However the legal expertise and guidance from David Cohen through the intricacies of our case was outstanding. He left no stone unturned to ensure we could have the best possible outcome considering the complicated circumstances touched so many different aspects of law. While we settled on a plea deal he explained and advised on exactly what that meant for us, the pros, the cons and what he thought would be best suited for a complicated case He was thorough in working with our immigration attorneys and had great communication with them to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. He negotiated the plea agreement with the US Attorney to get us set up in the best possible scenario for both sentencing and possible future immigration proceedings. And when he needed to escalate something further up the US Attorney's office he was able to do so to once again leave no stone unturned. He then put together an argument for the court that resonated with the Judge that we received an even better than expected outcome during sentencing. Not only was the professional work outstanding but the human side of David Cohen, Jessica Perez and the entire office was greatly appreciated as going through a federal case is not only overwhelming but emotionally taxing on a family, they understood this and it showed by always being responsive, clear and professional. Attributes that when considering other attorneys I did not encounter. Most importantly, David Cohen and the entire office will make sure you understand ALL of your rights, and will make sure you understand those rights and how they will use them to defend you or any defendant to the fullest extent of the law.

I would like to thank Attorney David Cohen and Jason Campbell who worked diligently on my brother's motion to vacate and correct a conviction. Mr. Cohen was always honest he never gave our family false hope and kept us in the loop with every possible scenario that could potentially happen. My brother was already serving a state sentence when the Federal Government charged him again for additional time while still incarcerated. Mr. Cohen was able to reduce his sentence by 10 years.
