he took my retainer and promised he would use the money to depose two managers before he took my money, but then for weeks and months nothing was scheduled, and put my case in jeopardy and bad shape. so be sure to ask him write down into retainer what and when he's expected to do, otherwise you are wasting your money and time. And he would say '"I never agreed to that." when he's questioned. I just wasted lots of time dealing with him.
