We hired Becker Law to assist in reviewing a consultant services agreement with another company. Mr Becker was very thorough and communicative through the whole process. Being that this was the first time my husband and I had ever done something like this, we were pretty uneasy and felt a bit overwhelmed by the entire process. Mr Becker was patient and helpful explaining all the legal jargin and informing us of what we could ask, etc. He helped my husband and I feel empowered to move forward after several revisions. He was timely in his responses and affirmed all our concerns with thorough responses. We enjoyed him so much we're actually hiring him to write up an agreement for our business as well. Highly recommend.

I had a rather disappointing experience with Becker Law, as they turned out to be the least courteous law firm I've encountered. Despite paying a significant amount for a document, I discovered numerous errors. After reaching out via email twice to request corrections, I received a rather mean response, instructing me to handle the edits myself, even though I had initially paid the law firm to create the document for me. To add insult to injury, Becker Law continued to mock and make fun of the typos in my document, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of high school with constant insults. I'm not looking for a handout, just the service I paid for. It's disheartening to have to go through a document I paid for and make edits personally, especially considering the straightforward nature of the task. Moreover, the document didn't seem tailored to my business; it looked like a generic copy and paste from another business owner's document. Instead of addressing errors professionally, the law firm ridiculed me for my lack of computer knowledge, which was not the level of service I expected after paying for a tailored document. As a paying customer, I believe this level of service falls significantly short of expectations. Rather than correcting errors on their end, I was subjected to mockery. This is when I requested a refund, because of being made fun of and told to make the edits myself. I am not looking for a hand out, if I was, I wouldn't have paid for the service. This experience has led me to decide against using Becker Law in the future. I strongly recommend others explore alternative options and find a law firm that prioritizes customer satisfaction. It's disconcerting to think that receiving a document with numerous edits may result in either fixing it yourself or risking being made fun of. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and gratitude. Unfortunately, this is something that Becker Law greatly lacks. Without customers, a business wouldn't thrive, and I am grateful for each and every one of mine.

Mr. Becker assisted our small business with several legal documents: he prepared our website's Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy and Cookie Policies, our Returns & Exchanges Policy, and our Limited Guarantee Policy. He had an excellent turnaround time and worked very diligently and professionally, answering all of our questions and making sure the documents were as accurate as possible. He also assisted with our international distributorship agreement with one of our foreign suppliers, which included a Code of Conduct. Mr. Becker understands the needs of small businesses and has years of experience working for a large company's in-house counsel. It has been a blessing to find a legal advisor as dedicated as he is to his small business clients, even working weekends to answer questions. He is now our go-to legal advisor!
