Mr Berk was recommended to me by another attorney’s office for my divorce case. He answers emails FAST and he answers them himself which is amazing. After six months of waiting, I did not receive any information about the temporary hearing that attorney Berk was supposed to help me navigate. This hearing is crucial in setting the tone for the case, and Berk was unsuccessful. If you're looking for a divorce attorney, I would strongly advise you to avoid this one. Firstly, his lack of communication and tendency to procrastinate are red flags. Secondly, significant amount of my funds were spent on the attorney simply forwarding emails to opposing counsel. Ended up negotiating the terms of the settlement agreement myself to avoid years of litigation. Overall, it's important to work with an attorney who is organized, communicative, and efficient, and this attorney fell short in all of these areas.

I worked with Mr. Berk through my marriage separation, and again through my somewhat complicated divorce. Due to my good results, I then needed to work again with Mr. Berk after 10 years passed when the same ex wife wanted to sue me to get some property I had. Again, my results were positive.
