Thomas Scully was my attorney and won my case. He warned me it would take about 2 years and he was almost on the money 💰. It sounded like a large settlement three quarters of it was medical and locked away and controlled by a outside source. Several hearings. It was a lot to go through at times communication was bad. I dont think we were on the same page a lot of times but I do believe he is a highly skilled attorney. I was upset at the end though when I chose drive 2 hours to get my settlement check and Tom did not even come out to see me but had the paralegal give me my check and to this day I still have not heard from him, not even congratulations. I was upset and a bit hurt by that. I would recommend Tom, he will do the job.
