Eric is a great attorney. I used to use them when I had my own company back in Rochester. He's very thorough and fairly priced. I actually kept him on retainer because he was that good. I'm about to use him again to set up a living trust and LLC.

I retained Mr Biretta for 2 probation violations & a felony charge . I’ve been in front of this judge to many times, I expected the absolute worse. I met with Eric & I knew I had the right man , if anyone was going to get me the best result’s possible it was him . Not only did Eric get my felony charge dismissed, he was able to get the PV dismissed as well & discharged from probation too. He's a attorney with a big mouth & can't be trusted with your case he sides with the opposite party complete waste of money paid him 12500 dollars in cash for this case & calls his client names He's suppose to represent a total waste of money

Mr. Biretta was very professional and unlike my first attorney handled my case himself instead of sending a rookie attorney to settle my complicated divorce. Yes he is loud and sometimes brash but results are what I was looking for and what I received. Worth twice what I paid him and he was not inexpensive. Highly recommended.

After my experience with this attorney I feel an obligation to review him. Even if it only saves one other person the hassle, it will be time well spent. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, nor will I ever use his services again. He is rude, condescending and arrogant to say they least. He is unprofessional at best. I was embarassed by his demeanor throughout this process, and can’t imagine anyone else wouldn’t be.
