Top notch doesn’t even begin to describe the experience I had with Michael M. V.P. Of Operations @ Bizhead Law! This was an excellent example of outstanding customer service, expert knowledge of business & corporate tax laws, expedited process, and clear and timely communication from start to finish. I was the owner of a small startup staffing firm and we had already closed our doors after just 3yrs in business, post Covid. About 4 months after closing I was referred to Bizhead Law regarding a possible payroll tax credit that many small companies that were open for business during the pandemic were entitled to. I had heard commercials about it on the radio but it sounded way too good to be true so I didn’t give it a second thought until…. Not until I spoke with Mike via Skype and was then quite curious. Still skeptical about the idea of getting a credit/refund from the IRS for such a large amount of money that was estimated during our initial conversation, I figured that I had nothing to lose by trying. After all, my business was already shut down and all the loose ends were taken care of . So, I gathered the information he requested and within a few short days he sent me a copy of all the accountants findings and estimated refunds for the tax credits which turned out to be over 100k.
