I used Blair & Kim legal services for a difficult protection order involving a family member. The team was professional and supportive. Mark, Frances and Hannah were prompt in answering any questions and we felt we were in capable hands as we went through the process. I would highly recommend.

I paid $550 for a one hour consultation with Mr. Blair. Probably not much money to him but a lot to me. After 15 minutes, it was evident he thought he’d done enough and he started trying to end the call. He was looking at his phone while I told him my issues, and when I asked him to stop looking at his phone and listen to me, he became agitated and tried to end the phone call. He should not have agreed to the consultation if he didn’t have time and couldn’t give his full attention. I wound up talking to him for 45 minutes of the hour that I paid for, but it was clear that he wanted to get his money and go the whole time as he kept saying "anymore questions?" I did not get all my questions answered as each time he asked me this and I kept asking questions, he seemed annoyed and exasperated. Though he did answer my questions that I was able to get out, so that’s why two stars. Talking to him was a waste of time and money and I’m so glad I didn’t pay the exorbitant retainer. I got a tiny bit of advice that wound up not being that helpful anyway. Definitely won’t call them again. Not sure why legal professionals think they can treat people like this; as though they forgot they have a code of ethics.
