⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Boorman Law handled the closing when I sold my mother’s house, and they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Everything was organized, clearly explained, and done on time. No surprises, no confusion — just solid service from start to finish. Alena was especially helpful and great to work with. I really appreciated her professionalism.

First, I want to make it clear that this review is not meant to attack anyone personally. The design and interior work of the office were truly impressive—beautifully done, and a credit to Mr. Boorman. However, the experience my family and I had with certain staff members needs to be addressed. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but in this profession—especially when clients are signing over more than half a million dollars on what should be a joyful milestone—basic respect should never be overlooked. Unfortunately, that is not what we received. At one point, a staff member told my two-year-old nephew, "Can he stop?" as he reached for a door handle—while fully supervised by an adult. This was surprising, especially coming from a law firm that presents itself as upscale and client-centered. Not once were we asked if we wanted water, coffee, or anything to make the extended wait more comfortable, even though we were only there longer due to delays on the other side—not because of anything we did. We also felt rushed and dismissed. We were ushered out and left waiting because the checks took longer to clear—again, something completely out of our control, as all of our documents and payments were already prepared. I am sure this does not reflect Mr. Boorman directly, but as I sit in my new home reflecting on the experience, it is disappointing to feel that the level of professionalism dropped the moment the money was handed over. We were told bringing our family was completely acceptable since this was supposed to be an exciting day. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. There were more instances but this is enough for the office to understand there is an issue. if it isn’t, then there are bigger fish to fry. Respectfully, I cannot overlook unprofessional behavior in any aspect of the law. My father and his father were lawyers, and I am studying pre-law, so I understand the importance of client treatment and professionalism. I know without question that my family would never allow a client to be treated the way we were. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and not simply dismissed. We would like to say a huge Thank You to Shannon for pulling together at the very end, what should have been a simple real estate transaction. Seller and their Counsel became difficult, she recognized an issue that I also had concerns with, she was able to pull it together at the last minute to get this over the finish line successfully! To say we are extremely appreciative to Shannon and the Team at Boorman Law is an understatement. I would always, highly recommend using a Professional Firm with a well trained team over a one man band any time you have a real estate related matter!

Amazing team! Worked with Sam in the beginning, who helped us draft a purchase contract and very speedily, too, then connected with Shannon.
