Jim Clancy is nice to work with, he was a huge help in getting me a settlement that felt impossible.. On January 19th 2022 I was traveling back to my office from picking up a work vehicle from our mechanic. I spoke with an attorney named Borbi, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a lawyer. He was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I explained that the ticket was based on false statements from the officer and that the case could be challenged using camera evidence. Instead of listening or offering guidance, he became confrontational, talked over me, and abruptly cut the conversation short. If you’re looking for someone who will actually hear you out and help you fight a ticket, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
