Cris Boyar helped me with an issue I was having with an insurance company. The insurance company was claiming that I owed them money (which I did not). They were extremely nasty and persistent. Even after showing them proof that they were in the wrong they kept coming at me threatening me with hours of depositions, etc. I contacted Cris and he sent them a strongly worded email threatening to file a protective order on my behalf. They immediately backed down and became much more reasonable and actually listened to what I was saying. Within 2 weeks the matter was resolved thanks to Cris. Cris quoted me an extremely reasonable price up front and his final bill was EXACTLY what he said it would be ... not a penny more! I cannot recommend Boyar and Freeman more highly. They were a pleasure to deal with and did exactly what they said that they were going to do for exactly the price they quoted!
