Matt represented me years ago. I had a positive experience, which is why I reached out again in October 2025 to have my records expunged. I was genuinely excited to reconnect with him and share how much my life has changed since then. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told I would receive a callback, but no one ever followed up. I was so discouraged. After waiting and hearing nothing, I retained another attorney who filed my expungement paperwork within a day. As of today, my record is clean! Nearly two months later, on January 28, 2026, I finally received a call from this office, only because they had received mail regarding my expungement. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of communication and follow-through. I would have gladly paid their higher prices if the communication and professionalism had been there. Unfortunately, poor communication and an unprofessional receptionist cost them my business. I am grateful to have found another attorney who is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients, especially the returning ones. I had carried Matt’s business card with me all these years, hoping I would be able to reconnect with him one day under better circumstances, which unfortunately did not happen. If communication, follow-through, and professionalism matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere!

My mother had to have her Will completed ASAP and after talking to several different attorneys she chose the Boyd Law Office after speaking with Brittany. My mom was very happy and Brittany answered all of her questions, numerous times, and made my mom feel comfortable in the decisions that she was making with her Estate. Brittany walked my mom through the entire process and provided her with crucial feedback and information so that everything would be finalized and in order upon her passing. I have a son who has autism and my mother wanted to make sure that he would be left with everything that her and my late father wanted him to have and we understood that there would be legalities that had to be put into place to ensure that he would receive his inheritance. Brittany went above and beyond our expectations seeking out the answers from Matt Boyd. My mom is forever grateful for the dedication that they put into this matter. I would recommend this law office to anyone who needed assistance in the laws that they practice and recommend reaching out to Brittany to help you through your individual case and needs. I have no doubt that Mr. Boyd knows the great work his staff does everyday.

Highly recommend! Matt is an amazing and attentive attorney. He truly cares for his clients and will represent them to the best of his abilities! Brittany is an amazing assistant and I have seen her personally go above and beyond and help clients like recently after having emergency surgery but yet working for clients while in the hospital and going into the office when she is supposed to be resting! If you want people who truly care about you to represent you then these two are the ones you should reach out to without hesitation!
