Marlon and Theresa were invaluable facilitators in helping me receive a full-payout from my late husband's annuity. I was not counseled properly when I originally signed a contract to release the funds over a 10-year period. When I saw my misunderstanding, the management company administrating this annuity was stalling and deflecting my request to change my choice. Once Branham came on board, they stayed the course (it took about a year) talking back and forth, calmly following through on each step it took to finally get my full payout and close the account. I was involved in an accident and needed advice from an attorney. I wasn't sure if I should file a civil suite or not. I had a awful attorney before them the Hogle Law Firm that law firm did not have my back they threw me to the side after one case and did not care what happened.
