Ok so I had to come back and leave a second review. I have had multiple resurgences in my case and every time they happen Tom has provided me with sound advice and amazing representation in the court room. He has at every step of the way kept my daughters best interests at heart and made sure that she is in the best possible situation. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for my families legal issues. Thanks again Tom!

Tom is the BEST! I hired him into a very difficult case after firing an attorney that was just circling the drain after burning through nearly $50,000 in attorney fees. Wouldn't you know it, Tom not only won the case but won me and my family full custody of my 18 month old daughter and he did for less than $3,000. Tom kept me in the loop every step of the way and worked with me after winning full custody to get rights to move to another state as well as modify the parenting agreement to shield my daughter from her mothers drug abuse. I used Brasier Law for a custody case. It was imperative that I gained custody of my daughter for her safety. Her mother’s household was unsafe and I was having a difficult time proving that to a court as the family had banded together to try and deny the abuse. Thankfully, Tom Brasier was able to put together all the fact and bring them to light for the court. I was awarded custody of my daughter and though she and her mother’s side of the family were very upset with the finding, my daughter later thanked me for stepping in. I was on an island of helplessness until I hired Brasier Law. As soon as I hired them, I knew I was in good hands. Tom is extremely intelligent and so well put together that when we were in the courtroom, there was never a moment I thought we might lose the case. He was able to expose all the lies with evidence and use the law to build a solid case. I also referred them to several friends who all were thankful for the referral and happy with the outcome of their case. As happy as I was with my choice of hiring Brasier Law, I hope I never have need to use them again and just get to keep referring them to others. Lol. Going to court is not my favorite thing to do. However, if ai ever do find myself in that situation, I know I don’t have to go through the exhausting task of trying to vet an attorney.

Tom worked very hard and fast on my case my son was abused by his mother and Tom won my case and I have temporary emergency custody if it wasn't for Tom I wouldn't have known what to do sense I'm from Washington and mother is from Oregon and sense the abuse happens in Oregon child protection wouldn't investigate I had to call my local police department and they had to come make a report before child protection would do anything WA finally opened up what they called a risk case and when it came to court we were not able to get the documents in time on our own Tom stepped in and was able to get the documents we needed for court and presented them very nicely and what should have only been an hour long court was 4 hours long and Tom was very patient and worked with us he cut the cost at the end in half and told us that if we ever needed an attorney again he was there I highly recommend Tom braiser
