Waited around two weeks for consult appt. Conversation with Williams felt arrogant, dismissive, and rude as if he was bored or bothered. After 15 minutes of being interrupted and corrected by egotistical and annoyed tone, I asked if there might be another attorney within the firm who might be a better fit, he continued to express disinterest and then told me to find another firm. The call was a disrespectful waste of time.

He advised me what steps I could take to help put the best foot forward, handled all the communications with the DA and Courthouse, and was sensitive to cost to me. I retained Ted Brindle to help with my legal battle a while back. That was the best decision that I could have made. He is very knowledgeable and supportive, meticulous in what he is doing, and has always been putting his client’s (i.e. mine) interests first. He always quickly responds to emails and phone calls, gives a weighted assessment of the situation and offers the best course of action (which I now know in the hindsight). I have dealt with quite a few attorneys for variety of issues, but none of them came anywhere close to Mr. Brindle.
