Dan Vermillion, is the only attorney I’d recommend to anyone who needs to establish a trust or create an estate plan. He’s patient, thorough, and knows his stuff! He genuinely cares too! A rare species that guy. Check him out , see for yourself.

Not empathetic enough to help guide the client knowing they’re going through a rough period and calm them down to resolve issue, yet took advantage of the situation and prolonged phone calls to charge more. This is called "time padding." In the end, never resolved issue. Had to hire another lawyer which addressed the problem much quicker and smoother. Second lawyer was also surprised at the multitude of strange and "unprofessional" tactics the Cades Schutte lawyer used.

I am a physician and I had dealings with Kirk Neste at this firm. He seemed to be nice at first, and I, in good faith kept my end of the agreement that we had negotiated. After this, he did not answer my attempts to reach him and did not keep his end of the deal. Basically, he lied to me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend working with a firm that has lawyers like this.

Won a settlement and this so-called law firm is playing games trying to shortchange me. They represented Terminix which is also Sandwich Isles, under the ServiceMaster company. I represented myself and beat this law firm with ease. Apparently I know the Law better than this firm. Now I have to garnish wages to get paid. Basically they’re dragging their feet instead of advising their client to be done with this. Now I may sue again for wrongful termination

I was bullied by them through email but once in the phone with them they were much more reasonable.
