This firm was a recommendation that was given to the person I was in a car accident with back in 2023. Our situation was tough and the attorney we were working with let us know that. I appreciated the transparency and the effort that was put into the case. Towards the end the communication faded and I was left in the dark. When I brought up my concerns/confusion, Angela and Jeffrey stepped up to help fill in the gaps and assist with my concerns. My attorney unfortunately left the firm which explained why things got patchy but I got back up to speed with their help and was left feeling heard and satisfied with my total take home. They were a great balance of friendly and professional. Caffee Law has been a complete waste of my time and money. Their communication is absolutely terrible—I constantly had to chase them down for updates on my car injury case. Every time I called, I either got no response or vague answers that didn’t help at all. They promised results but did nothing but drag things out, making everything more stressful than it already was. If you want a law firm that actually cares about your case and keeps you informed, look somewhere else. Would not recommend!

Glad I fired him! If you have any serious injuries like mine, ( TBI - Traumatic Brain Injury ) do not hire this lawyer or his firm for representation. I hired Jeff after my car accident in 2021. He talked a good "game" about my case and how he'd fight for me. That was further from the truth. I spent a little over a year in rehabilitation just for him to pass my case off to two different lawyers, one of which who didn't inform me of important developments like I asked. Almost filed my lawsuit in the wrong court, failed to obtain all of my medical records by the time of pre-trial and failed to tell me that for one of my trial hearings I didn't need to show up. I was hours away from waking into a court room I didn't need to be in. I would've never hired Christa on my own, she's not a fighter for tough cases and she lets her personal issues cloud her judgement towards her clients. If you want a lawyer who tells you to take the first offer because they don't feel like fighting, sure- hire him. If you want a lawyer who gives you an amount for your case, but changes 4 more times over the next 2 years and then backtracks, then sure, hire him. If you want a lawyer who tells you "You have a better chance of winning at the Casino" then sure, hire him. If you want a lawyer who can't answer questions or a lawyer who in 2 years couldn't get your vehicle fixed, made you get your own medical records, and insults you, then sure- hire him. If you want someone who respects you as a person and not just another case, find someone who specializes in your condition. I fired them once they dropped the ball. Found a lawyer who specializes in TBI and I couldn't have been happier. Not only did he do more for me and my case in 2 months than they did in 2 YEARS but he got me more than expected, had my truck fixed and I didn't have to see a court room!
