Do yourself a favor and stay away. It takes a lot to deal with crooked lawyers, and trust me, this is one. I paid a deposit to proceed with the required filing. He repeatedly stated that the filing would be completed, but then failed to follow through and stopped communicating for weeks at a time. I have been dealing with this situation for 18 months. Now he has once again stop communicating after I asked for a refund and my paperwork back.
Attorney Timothy Cain represents myself. He has been nothing but awe-inspiring and sensational. I most definitely will be referring him. Highly recommended.
