Attorney Chris Thayer (& Jamie from this office) were a God send in my situation. I have a real estate sale situation that I had a hard time finding local representation for. The reason was because at face value, it probably didn't look like a favorable case to take. But, Mr. Thayer provided me a consultation while I was trying to find my bearings. I can't thank them enough for the wisdom and time they invested in helping me. He provided me with lots of perspectives and was up front in explaining that if litigation is the outcome, we incur the costs of him traveling the 4.5 hours to be present (we are in Eastern WA). I was prepared to retain him this week solely based on the consultation and guidance up to this point. But, God had other plans. I was able to finally get in front of a local attorney who is going to take our case. The ONLY reason I didn't pursue retaining Mr. Thayer was due to logistics & geography. So, although I don't have firsthand experience being a paid client, the kindness and response he provided outside of that fee was unmatched and has been a light in a very gloomy situation. Thank you Mr. Thayer and Jamie. I hope the kindness you extended to me is returned to you 10-fold!

My husband recently reached out to Carney Badley Spellman and spoke with Mark Rosencrantz. He explained that his rate was $450 per hour and requested that we send over the names of any competing companies or agencies to confirm there would be no conflict of interest. We promptly did so on a Friday. When we didn’t hear back the following Monday, we followed up by email with him and his assistant. His reply simply stated that the information was received and he was reviewing the report. After that—nothing. Our deadline for assistance came and went a week later, and we still had no update, explanation, or courtesy response. Even if there had been a conflict, the professional minimum would have been to notify us in a timely manner. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this law office. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

I recently sold my business that I started and have grown for 20 years. Tana and her team were absolutely amazing in helping make this incredible journey of selling possible. Honestly, without them, I’m doubtful the deal would have even closed.
