Castelli & Knox

In 2008ish Kerry Knox represented me. I had gone through a previous attorney who offered me nothing. Mr. Knox fought for me. Took every call, always polite. I went from not able to work due to injuries to having a pretty decent life. I will never forget him. Thank you Mr. Knox. I will never forget you. I was 28 years old then, I thought my life was over. Now, I get to enjoy life.

Probably one of the rudest, most arrogant, disrespectful attorneys I've ever spoken too. Learn some compassion.

I had a Big medical malpractice case That’ was looking really good. There was no way that I was not going to win this case. My case was transferred to him from my prior lawyer because she moved and as soon as Knox took over my case, everything went down hill. He started requesting money for paperwork that I had already paid for with the previous lawyer, then he started talking in lawyer terms and making it seem like the case was going no where. I felt like I was a defendant in a murder trial. I didn’t feel like he was fighting for me, he was more into trying to close my case more than anything, he was all about money.I didn’t know much about Law and some of the terms he used was to make me feel like his way was the best because he was the attorney. When I called his office he never called me back, I had to Do my own walk in on him to see what was going on and he just gave me the run around &Til this day I don’t know why my case was closed. GET A BETTER ATTORNEY, you’re better off with a public pretender than going here.

If you can’t take on certain cases that’s ok however, please give the respect of not texting or doing other things when interviewing a potential client. It doesn’t seem that you could have a full understanding of what’s going on or how the information given is relevant when you’re texting, listening to me, and reviewing my documents at the same time.
