Castillo Law went above and beyond on our case, we are pleased with the results. They absolve us from future law enforcement overreach -hadn't even thought about that. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Castillo Law. Communication was inconsistent, updates were rare, and I was left feeling unsupported during a stressful time. After 60 days of no communication, I terminated the services. After speaking with the Bar Association, I learned that aspects of my case were not handled transparently or professionally. Clients deserve honest communication and reliable follow-through, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm. I hope they take steps to improve the way they treat clients moving forward. Cindy charged 3times what another lawyer charged me. After I had to terminate services, I found BRETTON BARBER, who handled my case and successfully obtained my fingerprint clearance card.

From the first consultation through the final court appearance both Cara Dames and Cindy Castillo exhibited exceptional professionalism and legal expertise and, most importantly, a genuine interest and compassion for my case. Time was always taken to explain the judicial process steps. Never did either of them cause me to feel uninformed and neither did they ever sugar coat my court situation. They were always free with their time and I quickly became confident in their representation. Before engaging Castillo Law I had been poorly represented by the ‘largest’ law firm in Phoenix. My original outcome expectations were therefore low. But Cara and Cindy far exceeded my expectations.
