Professional, persistent, and dedicated are the words that most readily come to mind when I think of Ms. Catherine Burnett. She assisted me with a traffic ticket when I was driving through VA for work. I was getting hit with a HUGE fine and she stayed on task, even working it through an appeal with a successful outcome. Highly recommend! Would give 6 Stars if possible.
