Previous client where consultation was complimentary. Had another consultation and was not told about the $350 consultation fee until I showed up to the appointment. The girl at the front desk argued with me stating that she told me about the fees when she "called me back" AFTER my initial call. But when I showed up to the appointment she said she didn’t even have my phone number on file. I told her my previous consultation was free and she yelled at me and said they don’t offer complimentary consultations. I told her I went through them before and had one for free and she said "no you didn’t." I walked out and will be going through someone who has organized staff and doesn’t overcharge for consultations. Waste of time. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be continuing my other case through them.

I got Mr. Cerio as my lawyer through the Off The Record app for beating a speeding ticket. We are almost done & the process has been smooth. Provided what I needed to provide and Mr. Cerio has handled the rest from there. 4 points being dismissed and no record of the ticket on my driving history. Really really incredible. What a terrible lawyer.i had a lawsuit against a doctor and this went on over 3 years then out of the blue they told me they can't be my lawyer anymore and the one lawyer that was on the case went somewhere else and didn't even tell me...I heard they got paid off from the other lawyer....very bad lawyer.
