Charles handled my custody case and helped me secure my son with professionalism, honesty, and care. He was clear, dependable, and steady during a very emotional process. He also completed my full estate planning, including my Will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy, Living Will, Testamentary Trust, Letter of Wishes, and organ donation preferences. He made everything easy to understand and ensured my family is fully protected. Charles is knowledgeable, honest, and someone you can truly trust. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I spent an abundant amount of money to lose my case to someone that represented themselves and had no legal background. What I paid for was misspelling on filed documents, a recusal (which I was told would be the best option for my case but was not), an appeal (which I had to pay other counsel to dismiss) so the whole appeal was pointless and did not go anywhere. Throughout the appeals process I had very limited communication with attorney Tyler. The communication became nonexistent so I had no choice but to fire attorney Tyler and obtain other counsel. My case was resolved in one week when I obtained new counsel. I would NOT ever recommend attorney Tyler for any Family Court case in Summit County. I might have been better off representing myself as well. I had to obtain other counsel to fix attorney Tyler’s case.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you're a fan of not having your phonecalls, texts and emails not returned. It isn't hyperbole when I say it's almost to get in touch with him and when he does deem you worth enough to speak to, he imparts just enough charm and hospitality to make you believe all is right with your case. And it may very well be but you'd never know it. It's not hyperbole to say its almost impossible to get a straight answer from Mr. Tyler. because it's nearly impossible to get a hold of him. I wish I could upload screenshots, so you could see the weeks between when he responds to message and/or calls. Is he that busy, that he can't respond to emails,, texts, phone calls and Instagram dm's? I'm friends with him on Instagram and I've sent him private messages to no avail and I know he's there because he consistently posts photos of his workouts, plane trips etc. From March 2023 until this day (Oct 19th 2023) I can count on my hands how many times I've actually spoken to him. By contrast, I can show you texts, emails, and unanswered phone call logs from roughly 3 to 5 days a week every week. There are a number of things that seemed suspicious about my case but I won't get deep into that. What I will say is that I'm supposed to be getting money and I've been told by Mr. Tyler since early May that I'd have my money in a week or two. Two weeks ago (October 18th) he told me that he'd give me the money out of his own pocket and worry about getting the money (I have coming) back. He SUPPOSEDLY was in constant contact with the attorney that my money is supposed to come from but still no traction. August 4th is the last message I have with him talking about my money. I've only heard from him once since then so I'll go about filing complaints on my own. There is so much more I could say but I digress. Due diligence and research. Update: After speaking with another attorney and someone at the Clerk of Courts I sent him a text message on October 27th. He called me back 10 minutes after I sent it. The same person who hadn't responded to calls, texts, emails since October 4th called me. I didn't answer. No need at this point. I did find out that the address of the other attorney wasn't even on file. So he received no communication outside of the calls Mr. Tyler supposedly made. I'm headed to the Clerk of Courts Tuesday and filing a grievance with the Ohio State Bar for Tyler and the other attorney. Nothing will probably come of it but I have all the emails, texts etc that show how infrequently I was able to talk with him as well as phone logs that show how often I called him/vice versa. Not sure what happened. He was the total opposite when I used him back in 2016.

No matter how bad your case is, You are better off representing yourself than hiring this man. He is Mostly after his money and less concerned about your case. Once you make payments to him, you will hardly be able to reach him and he will only reach out to you at his convenience. He is also dishonest

I was frauded out of my CPO and he was never available to answer questions. Never really had my best interest.. Lots of lies was told to me.. Communication was seriously lacking . Unethical behavior, discussion my case with the opposing party, and relaying information to the opposition giving them a heads-up. Lots of fraudulent behavior was going on.

My experience was very unpleasant to say the least. After I paid a great sum of money to hire, the expected communication, respect, and follow thru on work was not up to par. I never even received my file as requested.

Great advice and not condescending. All you imagine an attorney should be. Answered all questions without rushing to rush off phone.
