I had a very disappointing 30-minute consultation with Charles Vincent. He took the call while driving, and even mentioned that his wife was calling him before the call disconnected—leaving me to call him back. The conversation felt unprofessional and unfocused, and he didn’t seem prepared to answer my questions or offer any helpful resources. Instead, he spent much of the time talking about how expensive his services are. Overall, it felt like a complete misuse of my time, and based on my experience, I would not recommend him.

He could not communicate Hard of hearing Sounded asleep when He called. Was not listening to the necessary facts.

This was the first attorney / human being that really fought for my son. My son has never known when he would see my family again and it was because of Charles and his team that got a structured, fair, and clear parenting plan. My case is not perfect and I am looking at having to enforce the order, however if it wasn't for Charles and his wonderful staff/teem members, I would not have parenting time to enforce to begin with. They treated me great and really worked with me to work out a financial plan to pay for these expenses. Granted this did cost me a lot but Charles worked with me to make this happen and you really do get what you pay for. All in all I would highly recomend this lawyer and can't say enough good about this attorney.

I went to court to support my friend with custody of her child. Charles absolutely did NOTHING!! She lost her case. He was NOT there for his client, just overly charging. When in fact, he should have returned half of the money that he lost for my friend. My friend and her family have their lives ruined because of this attorney. No fight, NOTHING!! I DON'T recommend him. He got his degree in the cracker jack box!! He cares about the money, NOT help his clients!! And my friend did most of the work, and she still was being charged! He's a scam artist!! And he was asleep in the court hearing!! How is this professional??

Charles and his team went to bat for me in a very contentious custody battle out of county. He was competent, reliable, understanding, and kind to me. And he won.If you choose Charles, you’re in good hands. Follow his instructions and do your part as a client, be thorough and honest.I recommend him.

Very experience, friendly staff. Cris was very helpful and patient and listen to everything I had to say. Very professional and got the answers to my questions I needed. As I read Sean Crawford’s review he must have dialed the wrong number as this is not the experience that my friend or myself experienced. I would recommend Vincent and Associates for any family law needs.
