DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was asked to send over some emails so they could review my situation and determine whether they could take the case. After sending the requested information, I never heard back—no follow-up, no response about whether they would proceed or not. I made multiple attempts to contact them, including phone calls and emails explaining that I had been trying to get in touch, but I still received no reply. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a clear lack of respect for potential clients.

The Chavez Law Firm is the best group to work with in El Paso! I highly recommend their attorneys as they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
