I have been working with Dr Malhas since 2019. I find the whole immigration process incredibly stressful, Dr Malhas and her team have been amazing to work with. They are thorough and easy to communicate with and have made an awful process that much easier. I would recommend Chung, Malhas & Mantel to everyone.

I found them through my legal insurance, MetLife Hyatt Legal Plan and had a legal consultation with Mr. Chung in June 2020. The consultation was very brief, for 20 minutes and he promised me to write a letter. He said it'll be a simple letter, ready in a week, and included in the consultation. Now it's end of July and I still keep calling them everyday for the past 3 weeks. They say everyday they'll give me a call back by the end of day, but I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed them several times, but never received any reply, so I've been calling them every morning and hear the same false promise from the receptionist. I wouldn't recommend this legal firm to anyone. Very poor services. [Update] I finally received a draft from them which was written by the receptionist in August. I don't understand why it took two month to have a letter with 5 lines of words. I sent them my review and it took another month to receive a final. You'll never get any reply if you email them. I still have been calling them everyday for a very minor request for the past 2 weeks. Of course the receptionist's been giving me the false promise again that they'll call me back. WTH. I give up. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

They were some of the nicest people I have met in awhile. The receptionist was just really nice and made me relax and feel comfortable and the attorney treated me with total respect and he listened to me. I could tell he really cared and I felt good when I left. I would recommend this firm 110%.

I have been working with Dr. Malhas since 2015, she helped me grant my Green Card, and I'm currently working with her on my citizenship filing. This team is professional, they technically know what they're doing. The only comment would be the cost, otherwise, the service is top notch.
